Key Responsibilities

Produce key documents, reports, minutes, and correspondence to ensure clear communication and organisational efficiency.
Assist with research and project work to provide valuable insights that improve medical services in the region.
Ensure smooth operations through efficient records and information management in line with SA Public Sector guidelines.
Requirements

Proven experience in high-level administrative roles, including diary management, travel coordination, and report preparation.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to offer sound recommendations.
A thorough understanding of administrative processes and record management, alongside familiarity with computing software to create professional materials.
