Job description
Varha Constructions is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Receptionist & Admin Executive to manage the front office, handle administrative activities, coordinate with vendors and internal staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Attend and manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
Maintain the reception area and create a positive first impression for visitors.
Administration
Handle day-to-day administrative activities.
Prepare and maintain payment vouchers and office records.
Maintain files, documents, and other administrative records.
Schedule meetings and manage appointments as required.
Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for material requirements and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal staff for daily work updates and operational requirements.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and communicate updates to the management.
Provide regular updates and reports to the owner regarding office activities.
Data Management
Perform accurate data entry in Excel and other office systems.
Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets
Maintain databases and office records efficiently.
Work extensively on MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Good data entry and documentation skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Well-organized with valuable time management skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Reception and Administration is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and good MS Office knowledge may also be considered.
