Job Description
The Admin assistant / Executive will serve as a trusted member responsible for the smooth operating of the Administration and Facilities function. This includes Taking care of the Facility upkeep, Work from home assets Inventory management, Vendor management and Coordination with the internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for employees
• Performing general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing mail and organizing office space.
• Operating expenses monitoring and reporting.
• Assist the Center head to improve our day to day facility operating functions.
• Administer subcontractors function such as Security, Housekeeping & Maintenance teams.
• Support the work from home assets distribution and monitoring.
• Vendor bill verification.
• Monitor recurring expenses like printing, stationary and pantry consumables.
• Upkeep of equipment like the UPS, AC, and Access control system & electrical installation
