We are looking for an organized and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team at Stonebridge Hotel. Duties

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and schedules using office software.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and updating internal databases.
Support event planning and logistics for hotel functions or corporate meetings.
Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold hotel policies.
Provide general support to staff and management to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred, ideally in hospitality or a related field.
Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues, guests, and vendors.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with office equipment and basic bookkeeping is an asset.
Flexible availability, including the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends.
