Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and team members
Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain accurate records, files, and internal databases
Handle email correspondence, phone inquiries, and office communications
Assist with data entry, document management, and reporting tasks
Coordinate office supplies, vendor communication, and general office logistics
Support internal teams with administrative projects and operational tasks
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or Office Coordinator
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
