Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate security clearance applications and liaise with Australia Post, QPS, and federal agencies.
Process and manage Criminal History Checks and clearance requests in line with legislation.
Maintain confidentiality and accurately manage the Explosives Security and Authority Management (ESAM) database.
Support licensing and operations teams with administrative tasks related to explosives activities, including fireworks, blasting, and import/export notifications.
Assist with prosecution administration and correspondence for inspectors.

Key Challenges:

Handling sensitive personal and legal information.
Managing competing priorities and system issues.
Responding professionally to challenging customer enquiries.
