FIXED TERM * MONTHS PART TIME - 24 HOURS PER WEEK
(This position is offered on a fixed term basis as it is linked to parental leave backfill)

$37.97 Gross per hour + Superannuation

About the Opportunity

Located in one of the finest regional areas of Victoria, Council is seeking an Administration Support Officer to assist the Planning Unit.

This key role is based within our Planning Unit and provides day-to-day administrative support for planning and development consents. The position plays a vital support role, assisting the Planning team in the effective delivery and administration of these functions.

This fixed term position is offered as a part time role for 24 hours per week. If you are someone who has administration experience, sound written and verbal communication skills this is a great opportunity for you to join Council and play a key role in delivering services to our community.

What you need to Succeed

As the Administration Support Officer, you will need:
To provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Planning Unit.
Effective verbal and written communications.
Teamwork, collaboration and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills to support the Planning team in delivering efficient planning assessment processes and responsive customer service.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, customer orientated and committed to delivering a high standard of service and results.
