What you’ll do
We are looking for an Fresher HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department s daily activities.
HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you re interested in kick starting your career in HR and getting a closer look at HR processes in our organization, we d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Update our internal databases with new & existing employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Check Leave & Attendance of employees
Will be responsible for screening resumes and application forms. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates & interviewers.
Post, update and remove job ads from job board & careers page.
Need to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department s daily activities.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Address employee queries and coordinate with the concerns.
Requirements
Excellent verbal & Written Communication Skill
Conversant with Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Basic understanding of full-cycle recruitment
Good interpersonal & Organizational skills
Must have good attention to details and dedicated.
