About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the Finance Department. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative support for the billing team.
Operationally the team provides billing of patient accounts to Medicare, Local and International Health Funds and self-insured patients on a timely manner.

About you:
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Revenue Officer who possess a passion for person centered care. We welcome applications from people who have excellent communication skill, quick learner and attention to detail. The incumbent will ensure high standard of service delivery, effective resourcing, compliance with the requirements of reporting, records management. The position requires a high level of competence in office administration, computer and secretarial skills.

Selection Criteria:

Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal.
Demonstrates ability to take initiative and proactive customer service approach.
A high level of effectiveness in a team-based environment and an ability to work autonomously.
Demonstrates a high level of computer literacy and competency.
Proven problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Experience in health administration and billing preferred but not essential.
