Join our dedicated team at Loxton Hospital Complex as an Administration Officer! In this dynamic casual position, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality, confidential administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors of the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN).

What you’ll be doing:

Responding to client and customer enquiries, providing accurate advice and assigning requests to the right personnel.
Welcoming visitors at reception and ensuring they are properly directed.
Coordinating appointments and bookings for services across multiple departments and external agencies.
Handling phone messages, word processing, and assisting with meeting preparations, including agenda and minute taking.
Supporting with the organisation of accommodation, flights, and video conference facilities.
Managing correspondence, including sorting, processing, and distributing documents both electronically and in print.
Ensuring safe work practices and adhering to quality assurance protocols.
What we’re looking for:

High competency in office administration, including word processing, data entry, and record keeping.
Experience in providing administrative and clerical support.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of office procedures.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle enquiries in a professional, timely manner.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements:

National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category B
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
