The shift pattern for this post is: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00


The Bone Metabolism team at GRI are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Coordinator to provide dedicated administrative support to the department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop professionally and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
As a key member of our administrative team, you will:

Provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service to the department, handle patient enquiries in a professional and compassionate manner, manage clinical teams' diaries, coordinate and cancel outpatient clinics, and oversee clinic lists to ensure effective scheduling and continuity of care, oversee outpatient waiting lists as required, liaise with other specialties and departments to facilitate timely and efficient patient care.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

An NC or SVQ Level II in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration (or equivalent experience), a strong understanding of office procedures and excellent organisational skills, advanced keyboard and typing skills with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, a sound knowledge of medical terminology (desirable), a flexible, team-oriented approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
