Administration Assistant/Receptionist

The Role
We’re looking for a person with exceptional qualities to join our administration team either full-time or four days per week as an administration assistant.
The role includes various administration tasks/duties such as:
General office tasks
Responding to client phone and email enquiries
Maintaining client files
Ordering supplies
Liaising with clients, families, and therapists in a friendly and supportive manner
Tidying of clinic and office spaces
Booking and organising appointments
Managing a waiting list
Sending invoices and receipting eftpos payments
Selection Criteria
Our ideal candidate will have:
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
A positive, highly organised and pro-active attitude
An interest in working with children and families - genuinely enjoys spending time around children and their families
A warm and friendly personality
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritise, and problem solve
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Teams
Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone and email manner
A Working With Vulnerable People check (or ability to obtain one if successful)

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
