Wow, Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is hiring an Administration Assistant to work in Taunton, Somerset on behalf of their client. The role is office-based, near the town centre. You'll join a vibrant team in a fast-paced and fun atmosphere, with opportunities for career progression in various areas of the business. We're looking for candidates with prior office administration experience or recent graduates from university or college seeking their first role. Full training will be provided on the job!
You will collaborate closely with the office team and account managers to support their clients’ staffing needs and complete all necessary paperwork.
The working hours are +.00 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday. The annual salary is £25,000 PA with an outstanding benefits package!
Key Responsibilities
• General Administration tasks, emails, and answering calls from clients.
• Supporting the Managing Director with ad hoc tasks.
• Paperwork around the onboard new starter.
• Create travel plans for contractors.
• Upkeep of CRM database (training provided on all systems).
• General administrative tasks.
Experience, Attributes & Skills Sought
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience within a customer/client-facing role
• Some experience in an office environment is preferred but could be trained
• Confident telephone manner
• Competent user of MS Office Desirable
