We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Legal Support team in Adelaide.

Our Legal Support team (LST) is a centrally managed administrative team that provides responsive, timely, and quality administrative support as part of our firm’s Legal Support model.
This is a great opportunity to launch your career as a legal assistant/secretary in this entry-level role in a supportive team, with full training provided.
You will be working within a dynamic and complex industry, supporting lawyers with a range of administrative tasks.
This is a full-time permanent role in our Adelaide office. Our core office hours are 8:30am to 5pm.
In terms of culture, the team is collegiate, collaborative, and energetic; flexible work arrangements are in place as well as professional development and training.
More about you
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent attention to detail. You will be task orientated, and process driven, and enjoy finding opportunities for continuous improvement.
You will need some administration experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
This role would suit a recent school leaver, TAFE graduate or anyone with some administration experience who is looking for a career in legal administration.
