Administration Facilitation
Job Role: Administration Facilitation

Job Location: Jaipur

Job Role Responsibilities:

To take care of the general upkeep, logistics maintenance of the Head Office, Branch (expense management).
Responsible to identify location for branch office, set-up branch office with prior approval of furniture and fixture from responsible authority.
To open and close Branch Office, ensure cleanliness, coding and maintenance of fixed assets, computers, printers, cartage etc.
Vendor Management – Maintain proper filling of Agreement bill of all the vendor and Receiving of all the payments w.r.t Administration.
Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
To maintain CUG sheet (activation /deactivation of new connection).
Update monthly all the deduction sheet of mobile.
Maintain outward and inward couriers.
To meet stationery requirements of Head offices Branch office on Daily basis.
To draft and arrange documents of lease deed and share with compliance for finalisation.
To maintain stock register, key register, visitor register, and employee movement register submit the report to RSM on monthly basis.
To arrange meetings, trainings and visitors’ visit (including tickets, cab and hotel bookings). Read more
