Job Description

Admin / Employment Consultant - part time

In Work NZ Ltd

Orewa, Auckland

In-Work NZ Limited (Inwork) is a leading provider of contracted employment services to the Ministry of Social Development (Work and Income). Our company works with clients of Work and Income to prepare and connect with employment.

This role is a part time position, 10 hours per week which is split over 4 days, with further hours available to cover annual leave.

Please note you must be able to work in the school holidays

This role requires you to have the following attributes:

Skills and Experience:

Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
Proficient in Word, Excel and Google Docs - micro soft office suite.
Energy and enthusiasm which you will need to bring to your role, colleagues and clients, daily.
An ability to connect, support, and encourage people of all ages, from all backgrounds and cultures and help place them into sustainable employment.
As a part of our Social Sector Accreditation, all staff will be required to pass police vetting.
You will also need to have a full driver licence.
