a. Coordinate with Service Providers & Suppliers to ensure quality of services/material.
b. Provide necessary assistance for procurement of Material or Services.
c. Ensuring Timely Renewal of Contact and DA Revision as and when requires.
General Facilities -
Electricity & HVAC
a. Facility maintenance and overseeing of the office facility
b. Ensuring AMC s in place and timely renewal
Procurement & Supply chain Management
a. Identifying new vendor and seek competitive quotes from various vendors
b. Negotiating with Vendors for best rates & services
Repairs and Maintenances -
office maintenance
Invoice Submission and Processing
a. Coordination with vendors for timely receipt of invoices
b. Scrutinize, Validate the Invoices and Process for further approvals.
c. Coordination with vendors for Timely NDC s
Monthly Provision Vs Monthly Budget
a. Coordination for provision within the team
b. Prepare the accurate provision and share for further approvals to HOD.
New Joiner formalities
a. Coordination for Desk Allocation / Biometric
b. Coordination with Employees for ID card / Insurance details.
c. Coordination for providing New Joining Kit.
Support for Culture Creator Team for internal organization event s.
Insurance Management
a. Coordination for seeking quotes from various vendors for all the Insurances category.
b. Day to day Coordination between employees and Insurance Company for claims submission & Payments
c. Addition and Deletion of New Joiners and Leavers as and when required
d. Ensure and maintain sufficient CD Balance in Insurance Accounts
Sustainability & Workplace Health and Safety
a. Reduce carbon print and Adhere ways to be more sustainable in the organization
b. Ensure that all firefighting equipment like sprinklers, fire hydrants, extinguishing
c. Coordinate on conduction of Fire Drills with the building society
