Job Description
We are one of the leading Manpower Consultants, catering to various industry verticals on a Pan-India scale. We have huge requirements in terms of Junior Level to Top Management positions in various industry segments. Job Profile: - 1. Inward & Outward Courier • Inward – All incoming documents/Material or Sample from UK/Entry in Inward register & ERP also Coordination with the supervisor and admin for all material dispatch & received. • Outward – Dispatching material, samples, catalogues documents etc. Coordination with Accounts and Admin for the process Courier handling and tracking, send details to particular stations Check Email on daily basis and take quick action on the same. 2. Catalogues/Samples send to client • Make availability of catalogues as per the requirement • Update the catalogue as per the requirement • Prepare Challan and coordinate for the same • Maintain stock of catalogues. 3. Maintaining sheet of sales client visiting cards 4. Updating Mumbai Stock Weekly 5 Maintaining adhesive stock weekly basis 6. Handling Incoming & Outgoing Calls 7. Maintaining details of samples sent and received from UK 8. Travel Booking (Air, Train and Bus Tickets) +. Handling multiple tasks. 10. Inform forwarder about material pick up and follow up with them accordingly and forward commercial invoice and packing list of material. 11. Forward the Import Paper work to the clearing agent (CHA) and follow up with CHA for clearance. 12. Email to respective branches of material dispatch.
