Job Description: Admin Assistant- CRM+HR+Admin
• Communicate with clients over phone calls/email/WA etc.
• Organize and schedule appointments with directors.
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
• Develop and maintain employee filing system.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures and assist in HR operations.
• Order office management jobs.
• Maintain contact lists, Book travel arrangements.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, hr and customers.
• Liaise with executive director and HR consultant etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Candidates should be good in in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneDrive.
• Graduate or postgraduate
• Candidates should have high energy level, willingness to learn
• Should be customer friendly and service oriented ·Timeliness of Reporting & MIS reports
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
