ADMIN AND RECEPTIONIST
Job Description
Reception Management
Greet and welcome visitors/guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain visitor records (logbooks, ID verification, etc.).
Direct visitors to the appropriate person/department.
Call Handling
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
Manage intercom and emergency contact lists.
Customer Service
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Handle inquiries and resolve or escalate complaints effectively.
Front Office Upkeep
Maintain the reception area for cleanliness and organization.
Ensure display materials, signages, and brochures are updated.
Admin Executive – KRAs
Office Administration
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for stationery, housekeeping, pantry, etc.
Oversee office equipment maintenance (printer, internet, etc.).
Facility Management
Ensure office cleanliness, repair, and infrastructure upkeep.
Liaise with building maintenance/security teams when required.
Documentation & Records
Maintain files for administrative records, bills, contracts, etc.
Assist with document preparation for audits or internal reviews.
Travel & Logistics
Assist in booking travel arrangements for employees/guests.
Coordinate courier and dispatch logistics.
Meeting & Event Support
Manage conference room bookings.
Arrange refreshments and materials for meetings/events.
HR/Admin Coordination (if applicable)
Support onboarding formalities and induction for new employees.
Maintain attendance logs or coordinate with HR/Payroll teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
