Job Description
About the Role: We are looking for a prolific, results-driven Ad Content Creator to join our team long-term and continuously produce high-converting video ads. We don't care about vanity metrics or making "pretty" videos; we care about scroll-stopping hooks, psychological triggers, and a measurable return on ad spend (ROAS).
Your day-to-day will involve conceptualizing, generating, and iterating on short-form video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) utilizing the latest AI content creation tools.
The Challenge (How You Get Hired): We believe in showing, not just telling.
To land this position, your final interview will be a performance test. You will be tasked with creating one 30-second (or less) video ad using AI tools for our brand. We will put ad spend behind it. If it performs and hits our target metrics, the job is yours.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day):
Continuous Creation: Consistently generate new, fresh video ads (under 60 seconds) to feed our paid media funnels.
Master AI Workflows: Use cutting-edge AI tools (video generators, voice cloning, AI scriptwriting, image generation) as your primary production method to rapidly test and iterate concepts.
Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze how your ads are performing (CTR, CPC, Conversions) and create variations (testing new hooks, varying CTAs, swapping visuals) to scale winning creatives.
Copy & Scripting: Write punchy, direct-response scripts and on-screen text overlays designed to drive immediate action.
What We’re Looking For:
AI Tool Proficiency (Required): You must be highly experienced in utilizing AI to generate content (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Veo, CapCut AI).
Direct Response DNA: You understand ad psychology. You know exactly what makes someone stop scrolling in the first 3 seconds and what convinces them to click.
Trend Awareness: You have your finger on the pulse of current social media trends, audio, and visual styles, and know how to adapt them for brand ads.
Speed and Efficiency: You can turn around high-quality video assets quickly without sacrificing conversion power.
