Active Directory/ O365 Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Analyst to support a large-scale Microsoft 365 migration initiative and ongoing enterprise infrastructure operations.

This role will focus on Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and hybrid cloud administration, while serving as the SME for messaging and identity technologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Support M365 migration projects, including Intune and Exchange Online
• Manage Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID, O365, and hybrid Exchange environments
• Lead migrations from on-prem Exchange to Exchange Online
• Support Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform
• Administer Intune / endpoint management and mobile device security
• Automate administration using PowerShell, Graph API, Ansible, and APIs
• Manage GPOs, PKI, DNS, MFA, SSO, and security controls
• Provide SME-level support for escalated infrastructure and messaging issues
• Partner with security, IAM, and compliance teams
• Support 24x7 on-call operations

Required Experience
• 5+ years with Active Directory, Azure, O365 / M365
• Strong Exchange Server + Exchange Online experience
• Hands-on cloud migration experience
• Strong PowerShell scripting / automation
• Experience with Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint
• Strong hybrid cloud and identity background
• Experience with Windows Server 2012–2022
• Strong knowledge of MFA, SSO, OAuth
• Azure / Microsoft certifications strongly preferred
