Active Directory and SCCM Engineer

This position in on the payroll of our HR Services Provider - ( Third Party Payroll)

Job Description:

To monitor and manage Service Delivery within defined SLA for Infrastructure Applications like Active Directory, SCCM, ADFS, IAM, PIM etc. and to achieve 247365 service availability. Evaluate, Recommend, Design & Support Implementation and transition into operation of technological solutions for Service enhancements, problem solving, Performance Improvements, enhanced capacity and/or new features to meet business requirements in infrastructure application domain.

To implement, monitor, maintain and Improve application infrastructure so as to achieve maximum availability for messaging Services within defined SLAs.

Manage and Operate the following within desired SLAs:

Active Directory Services / SCCM services / ADFS / IAM - Any related technologies.

1. Manage service desk

2. Manage incidents, problems and changes for the infrastructure applicants

3. Implement change and configuration management

4. Establish robust monitoring mechanism for proactive alerts and exceptions

5. Analyze performance metrics and create MIS reports on service performance

6. Define and maintain comprehensive asset management and related documentation

7. Lifecycle management

Work Experience: 2+ years hands-on experience on AD and SCCM

Education: Diploma or Degree from any discipline
