Working with a team from project inception through all phases of the project
Prepare design drawings, models, and/or specifications as directed by senior staff
Able to research and implement jurisdictional zoning, site planning, and building codes
Integrate architectural design and/or models with structural, mechanical and electrical systems
Understand and prepare architectural detailing requisite to project document production
Participate in technical discussions with contractor, consultants, project teams, and clients
Coordination of the team and project through construction phase
Working closely with the Project Manager and team to coordinate the work effort amongst all internal and external team members
Delivering overall quality consistent with scope, budget and project goals
Actively building new and future relationships

Job Responsibilities
• Working with a team from project inception through all phases of the project
• Prepare design drawings, models, and/or specifications as directed by senior staff
• Able to research and implement jurisdictional zoning, site planning, and building codes
• Integrate architectural design and/or models with structural, mechanical and electrical systems
• Understand and prepare architectural detailing requisite to project document production
• Participate in technical discussions with contractor, consultants, project teams, and clients
