Key Performance Indicators:
The key performance indicators for this role include accurately coding episodes using ICD-10-AM, participating in documentation improvement and revenue optimisation activities, and coding audit activities as required. You will also be expected to meet strict deadlines and demonstrate strong computer literacy.
