The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the advertising or related industries. The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager will ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintain financial records, and support the overall financial health of the company.
Accounts Payable Management:
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.
Accounts Receivable Management:
Monitor and manage the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to clients.
Track and follow up on outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collections.
Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare and present accounts receivable aging reports to management.
Maintain accurate and organized accounts receivable records.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly financial reports related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for financial processes.
Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Provide support and guidance to junior staff members, if applicable.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management, preferably in the advertising or related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.CA, CPA) is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ethics: High level of integrity and ethical standards in handling financial information.
