Dear candidate, We are hiring Team lead - receivable Location - Moti Nagar, Delhi Exp - 5-10yrs Salary - 40k-50k + incentives Qualifications and experience • Graduate, with 5 to 8 years in B2B collections or accounts receivable • At least 2 years supervising a collections or calling team • You have carried a monthly collection target and met it consistently • Fluent Hindi and working English. Most customer calls are in Hindi • Able to be firm with a customer without losing the customer Technical skills • Tally Prime • MS Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, filters • Any logistics or transport ERP • Comfortable working inside a live daily tracker • Professional written English for customer escalation emails • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for drafting and reporting Behavioural competencies Ownership and accountability · attention to detail · clear communication in Hindi and English · negotiation · time management · analytical thinking · teamwork · composure under pressure · coaching ability · consistency Preferred experience • Logistics, transport, courier or freight forwarding background • Familiarity with ageing analysis and DSO • Experience running a structured call cycle rather than ad hoc follow-up Key responsibilities • Own the monthly collection target for your team, by branch and by ageing bucket • Allocate portfolios and run the four-day call cycle so every account is contacted weekly • Audit call quality daily — listen to live calls, verify that remarks and payment commitments are recorded accurately, and correct what is wrong the same day • Track promises to pay through to realisation; escalate a broken commitment within 24 hours • Follow ageing priority — 180+, 120+, 90+ — rather than whatever is easiest to call • Handle escalations above executive level, including customer visits where required • Coordinate with branches on PODs, and with accounts on receipts and reconciliation • Prepare the daily collection report and weekly MIS for the Director • Train new joiners and raise the standard of the existing team Key performance indicators Interested candidates can call or whatsapp on 7838978747
