Accounts Payable Officer (Part-Time, 3 Days/Week)

We're an innovative security solutions company based at The Commons in South Yarra, offering a professional and collaborative environment. We're looking for a reliable Accounts Payable Officer to join our team 3 days a week.

What You'll Do

Process supplier invoices using Hubdoc and Xero

Reconcile supplier statements and bank accounts

Prepare and process payment runs

Manage payroll and superannuation

Handle accounts queries and liaise with suppliers and customers

Keep financial records accurate and up to date

Self-manage your workload and work closely with the Directors to drive the business forward through your efficiency and proactive approach

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in Xero and Hubdoc

Strong understanding of accounts payable processes

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Able to work independently in a small team and take ownership of the role
