ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER
FLEXIBLE HOURS
IMMEDIATE START
ONSITE PARKING
The current role is part-time with flexible working hours, approx. 30 hours/week.
Duties include;
Processing customer invoicing, customer monthly statements and chasing any late debtor payments.
Processing Supplier invoices to statements and preparing the supplier payment schedule for end of month.
Reviewing and entering daily takings into the finance system.
Bank reconciliations.
The successful applicant must have MYOB Experience.
Additional duties available, and include order management and expediting overview.
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Experience:
accounts processing: 3 years (Preferred)
