Overview Of The Accounts Payable Role
• Enter and process invoices, verify invoice approvals
• Reconcile general ledger accounts at month-end
• Investigate discrepancies, communicate with vendors and employees to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure accuracy of all processed invoices
• Perform weekly check runs
• Accounts Payable will act as back-up to Accounts Receivable
Preferred Qualifications And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, OR 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• High level of organization and strong attention to detail
• Excellent data entry and communication skills
• Positive and team-oriented attitude!
Salary: $42,250 - $52,250 depending on experience
