We operate over 40 locations in the states of Alabama, South Carolina, and Mississippi. Our services include, title loans, short-term cash advances, installment loans, and other related services. With over 35 years in business (our first store opened in 1+78), we know that everyone has different needs and different resources and that’s why we offer a variety of loan products to ensure there’s one for everyone.
Our core purpose: To respectfully and professionally help our customers with their financial needs in life, while always protecting their privacy and dignity.
This is a Part Time position ranging between 20-24 hours per week.
The Accounts Payable position is responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness then processing them for payment. May perform other basic duties associated with accounts payable such as vendor analysis, maintain lease log, maintain list of draft billings, forecast AP payments
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review, code and process A/P check requests
• Process and distribute A/P checks
• Handle inquiries from vendors
• Maintain A/P system records
• Prepare and distribute 10++, 10+8, 10+6 and other related tax forms
• Close A/P on a monthly basis, review, correct and distribute reports
• Responsible for picking up mail at the Post Office and opening and delivering mail daily to employees in the Corporate Office
• Responsible for contacting vendors if a store location closes to cancel services such as, gas, power, etc.
• Any task deemed requested by supervisor
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Requires understanding of bookkeeping procedures
• Prefer 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Driver's License
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week

• Office
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
