Job Description
Job Title: Accounts & Operations Manager

Location: BKC, Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Accounts & Operations Manager to lead our finance and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in core accounting and operations management, with proven exposure to investment and share-related accounting (shares, mutual funds, securities, and Demat reconciliation). This is a demanding and high-responsibility role that requires dedication, focus, and leadership skills to drive efficiency and compliance across financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Oversee and manage end-to-end accounting functions including ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Handle investment accounting including purchase/sale of shares, mutual funds, Demat reconciliations, and capital gains computations.
Supervise statutory compliance – GST, TDS, ROC filings, Income Tax – and coordinate with auditors and consultants.
Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and management dashboards.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operational processes including banking operations, vendor/client payments, and reconciliations.
Streamline workflows to improve efficiency across accounts and operations.
Lead and supervise team members, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Liaise with banks, consultants, and external agencies for operational requirements.
Requirements:
CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Proven exposure to share and investment accounting.
Strong experience in accounts finalization, compliance, and operations management.
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and advanced Excel.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead by example.
Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to long-term growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
