Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day factory operations to meet production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and statutory compliance — planning schedules, optimizing manpower and resources, and driving continuous improvement to boost productivity and cut costs. Coordinate across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement, and Logistics, track plant KPIs, ensure preventive maintenance and inventory control, and develop high-performing teams, all in line with Factory, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
Qualification
• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial or Production (MBA – Operations, a plus).
• 5+ years as Factory/Plant/Operations Head in Renewable Energy or Power Electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on with inverter/PCB assembly lines, lean manufacturing & plant KPIs.
• Strong leadership — proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
