Position: Accounts Manager – Dental Insurance Claims

📍 Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site US Shift No Hybrid)

🕒 Shift: Fixed U.S. Time Zone (Night shift – no shift allowance)

📅 Experience Required: 5–8 years in U.S. Dental RCM/BPO

Are you a skilled dental RCM professional with a strong background in U.S. insurance claims and team leadership? Peroa Consultancy LLP is looking for an Accounts Manager to head our U.S. dental claims operations.

✅ Key Skills Required
• CDT Coding & J400 Submissions
• PPO and Union Plan Workflows
• AR Follow-up & Denial Management
• Hands-on with Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA Compliance & Client Coordination

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications: CDBS, HIPAA, ADA, CDT
• Experience with DSOs or multi-location dental practices is a strong plus
