About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Handle the entire finance & accounts of the company
• Work on the sale invoicing and debtor management
• Create and implement financial processes
• Work on accounting and bookkeeping- managing day-to-day transactions - recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
• Work on payroll computation and management - maintaining all expense accounts, and keeping account of all invoice/expense reports
• Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system, and ensure proper documentation for conduits of work operations
• Assist in the production of the annual budget and forecasts, calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
• Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly
