Accounts Executive
Experience: 3 years + Experience
Qualification: B.com
CTC: 4.5 lpa
BKC, Mumbai
Female
Our Client is known for their jewelry manufacturing services, including design, casting, and polishing, as well as for their retail presence where they offer a variety of jewelry pieces.
Job Role
Accounting:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoice processing, payment and receipt entries.
Maintain complete track of debtors and creditors aging reports.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow and fund flow statements.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Ensure accurate recording of TDS/TCS entries in respective ledgers.
Tax Compliance:
Manage TDS/TCS reconciliation with Form 26AS.
Arrange collection of TDS/TCS certificates from clients.
Ensure timely GST compliance and related filings.
Finance & Reporting:
Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections based on company performance.
Deliver financial control, cost management, and end-to-end financial insights.
Provide financial analysis and support management decision-making.
Key Skills Required:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
