Accounts Executive - Realbook & Excel (Jaipur)

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities for our business.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical accounting knowledge and 3–5 years of relevant experience. This is not a trainee or entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands accounting well, can work independently, and is capable of taking ownership of their responsibilities.

Initial support will be provided to help the candidate understand our business, processes and accounting software. Once familiar with the system, the candidate is expected to independently manage the assigned accounting responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Indava Global Exports – India

- Independently handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Manage purchase, sales, expense, payment and receipt accounting
- Maintain and review customer and supplier ledgers
- Handle monthly closing and ensure books are properly maintained
- Prepare and assist with GST returns and reconciliations, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B
- Handle export-related accounting and documentation
- Manage accounting related to RODTEP, LUT, DGFT and ICEGATE
- Perform regular bank, ledger and account reconciliations
- Prepare MIS and other financial reports for management
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure they are resolved
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records

Neon Automotive Nigeria Ltd.

- Review accounting entries prepared by the Nigeria accounts team
- Conduct ledger scrutiny and monthly review of books
- Review bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations
- Assist with inventory verification and reconciliation
- Coordinate with the overseas accounts team regarding accounting matters
- Highlight discrepancies or issues to management when required

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of practical accounting experience
- M.Com / MBA Finance / CA preferred but MBA in Finance would work too
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Good working knowledge of GST and related compliance
- Experience with export accounting will be an advantage
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting/ERP software; RealBooks preferred
- Candidates with experience in Tally, Busy, SAP or similar ERP systems may also be considered
- Good English communication skills
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyse accounts and identify discrepancies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in trading, wholesale, distribution or inventory-based businesses will be preferred

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who already knows accounting and can take responsibility for their work.

You do not need to be a senior finance professional, but you should have enough practical experience to understand the work, handle routine accounting independently and deal with common accounting issues without requiring constant guidance.

There will be an initial period to familiarise you with our business, processes and RealBooks software, but after that, we expect the candidate to be capable of handling their responsibilities independently and taking ownership of the accounts function.

Someone with 3–5 years of strong practical experience, good accounting knowledge and the ability to work independently would be an ideal fit for this position.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
