Job Description
We are looking for Candidates who is CA Inter with 3.5yrs of Articleship Experience.
1.Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and loss, Directors Report, Cash Flow Statements , Finalization of accounts, Preparation of Details for Tax Audit
2.Maintenance of Bank Book, Cash Book, Journal Registers, Petty Cash Book, Ledgers, Bank
Reconciliation Statements, Fees Collection Registers, etc
3.Timely deduction and Payment of TDS, GST, EPF, PT, IT, etc. and filing of various Returns i.e. TDS,GST, EPF, PT, IT, ROC etc.
4.Checking Compliances with Mandatory Accounting Standards and Disclosure Requirements
5.Ensure Timely payments to vendors/creditors
6.Ensure all the collection to be timely deposited in the bank and accounted in tally
Ensure Timely Utility payments including Telephone, Electricity, Water and Property Tax to
Concerned Department
7.Ensure Minimum balances in all bank accounts, Renewal of FDs, Timely MF and SIP Investments
8.Preparation of Budget reports and Variance Analysis
+.Calculations of Advance Tax, timely payment thereof
10.Checking of compliances with University Norms and conditions
11.Ensure Updating Minutes Records
12.Preparation & Submission of Annual Budgets to Charity Commissioner
13.Checking of Trust Transactions with Income Tax Requirements and Prohibitions
14.Monthly Trial Balance review
15.Timely MIS reports to Management

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
