Software knowledge: Tally and if knowledge of setting up masters and security in tally would be added advantage
• GST:
Preparation and filing of GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, RICO of GSTR 2B, Coordinating with consultants for Filing of Annual return of GST.

E Invoicing of Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Discount Notes, Sales Return etc.

Getting entries rectified by supplier where GST credit is not appearing.

Coordinating with factory for bills not booked.

Making data for scrutiny and notices and coordinating with consultants

Resolving issues related to GST with factory in charge.
• TDS

Knowledge of TDS and able to file ETDS Returns including Salary TDS returns, Rectification of TDS Returns.

Issue of TDS Certificate.

Verification of monthly TDS and TCS Liability and providing the amount to be paid to Finance Dept.
• Accounting

Verification of Provisions, Expense Payables and Ledgers for errors if any.

RICO of Debtors and Creditors.

Passing of Debit Notes and Credit notes

Knowledge of GST E Invoicing

Basic knowledge of Finalization of accounts.

Preparation of Various MIS reports required by management.
• Audit:
Coordinating with various Auditors and solving their queries..

Coordinating with the team for completion of statutory/tax audit.

3CD and related Annexures making
• ROC:Knowledge of ROC returns filings
• MVAT

Knowledge of MVAT, CST filings & excise tax, service tax matters (in case of assessment and requirements of customer).
• Individual Taxation

Maintaining Personal Balance Sheet of group individuals and handling Investments matters.

Knowledge of MF and Equity Investment, booking of Shares sale purchase contract notes,

Capital Gains and Personal Income Tax.

Calculation and verification of tax on salary of employees and verification of related documents.
• Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
