As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounts/Bookkeeper to support our financial operations and contribute to our success.
Job Summary: We are looking for a fresh graduate with a knack for numbers and a passion for the automotive industry. This position is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in accounting within a fast-paced business environment. You will play a crucial role in managing our day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting our team with various bookkeeping activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and maintaining up-to-date ledgers.
· Help prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other necessary reports.
· Support the monthly and annual closing processes.
· Conduct regular ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
· Assist with inventory accounting and tracking of spare parts.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
· Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
· Enthusiasm for learning and growth within the automotive industry.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
