Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts and Audit Associate, located in Bengaluru, India. The Accounts and Audit Associate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, assisting with audits and financial reviews, maintaining compliance with relevant financial standards, and supporting various finance-related tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audits, evaluating financial data, and preparing detailed reports to assist in decision-making processes.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of financial data
• Experience in Finance and Auditing tasks
• Knowledge and experience in conducting Financial Audits
• Detail-oriented, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of corporate accounting practices and relevant regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
