About Our Organization
Ecosan Services Foundation (ESF) is a section 8 non-profit company (Companies Act, 2013) established in 2006 with the support of the Deutsche GIZ and in association with the IESNI. Our vision is to promote sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene practices along with efficient water & waste water management practices at school and community level in India. With cross-cutting knowledge and experience, we work closely with the public and private sectors. Since the inception of this company, we have gained extensive experience in capacity development, awareness raising, research & development projects and consulting in the sustainable sanitation field in South Asia. ESF is a state as well as national government recognized Key Resource Centre and is continuously striving hard to promote sustainable sanitation and water management. We believe that the core strength of the company is it work force and ESF is fortunate to have a very dynamic, qualified and experienced team.
Job Title: Project Engineer (Full time)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Responsibilities
· Assisting Admin and Accounts Head full time
· Coordinating with other team members in daily Admin and Accounts Activities
· Responsible for account sheets checking and monitoring
· Handling the documentation as well as communication related to Admin and Accounts Activities
Qualifications
· B. Com. with minimum 0.6 months to 2 years of experience in accounting sector
· Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi. Fluency in other languages will be an added advantage
· Proficiency in MS Office for basic office work. Advanced computer skills advantageous
· Ability to think independently and be proactive
· Impeccable organizational skills and work ethic
· Flexibility and willingness to take up unconventional tasks
. Knowledge of GST, Tally ERP and Accounting is must
