CART2PORT SERVICES is in business of sales of Marine Products about 45000 products through its E-commerce portal B2B for Ship Owners, Port Operators and Shipyard Owners who need marine products.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Required Skill:
• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as Tally, MS Office and MS - Excel.
• Good communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone.
• Self-development, initiative-taking; works with energy and a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Relevant Industry: Marine, Shipping, E-Commerce
Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Candidate must have knowledge of All accounting work, Correct posting of accounting entries i.e. Purchase / Sales / Payments / Receipts / JVs.
• Hands on experience on Tally ERP + or Tally Prime.
• TDS & Income Tax timely payments, Preparing TDS data for quarterly returns.
• GST payment, GST input credit reconciliation. Preparing data for GST returns.
• Bank Reconciliations/Debtors/ Creditors Reconciliations.
• Co ordination with Bankers, Statutory Auditors, Government departments etc.
• Query resolution of Debtors / Creditors, if any.
• Co-ordination with Sales, Purchase, Marketing and Operation departments shall be a keen job role.
• To act as helping hand to Accounts Manager and Directors as and when needed.
• Payroll management.
• Letter drafting to Banks or third parties as and when needed.
Desired profile of the candidate:
Candidate must be a highly motivated with pleasing personality and soft spoken.
FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED.
Min. Experience: 2 Years
Max. Experience: 4 Years
Compensation Range: As per industry standards.
