Full job description
John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC is seeking an Accounting/Vehicle Clerk to join our team in New Hamburg! Leverage your career and join one of Ontario's most successful GM dealers.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Posting New and Used Car deals to accounting.
Prepare bank funding.
Payout Car Liens.
Buy in Vehicles/ Stock vehicles in.
GM Incentive claims/ payment schedules.
Register extended warranties.
Balance schedules at month end.
Prepare month end reports.
Stock in trade-ins/ write service work orders.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year administrative experience (preferred)
Familiarity with office related software and tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
