Accounting Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team and provide support with financial record-keeping and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience serving in a staff accountant or similar role and be proficient in Quickbooks Online and Google Sheets/Excel.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Process and record financial transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
