Developing and implementing sales strategies:This includes creating sales plans, negotiating contracts, and tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborating with internal teams:BDEs work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
Negotiating and closing deals:They are skilled in negotiation to secure beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity:Staying informed about the competitive landscape is crucial for identifying opportunities and adapting strategies.
Achieving sales targets and revenue goals:BDEs are ultimately responsible for driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's overall financial performance.
