Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, quarterly updates, and annual reports.
Lead and manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Oversee the accounting budget to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters.
Stay informed on the latest changes to accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
What You’ll Bring
A CPA (or equivalent) certification is required.
3-6 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
