Rang De is a fintech startup that revolutionizes credit access for underserved communities by connecting individual lenders and borrowers.
With a purpose-built technology platform, we provide timely access to credit for thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs.
We recently pivoted into an NBFC-P2P and have a highly differentiated model from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.
Accounting Manager Role
As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for accounting and reporting of multiple Rang De entities.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, meeting timelines and having a keen eye for detail and numeric accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure excellence in day-to-day financial accounting operations, including timely month and year-end close processes.
• Provide timely and relevant reports for assisting effective business management.
• Conduct statutory / tax / other audits of books of accounts efficiently.
• Handle all direct and indirect taxation related filings and compliance matters.
• Manage payroll and related matters.
• Monitor business budgeting, project, and grant accounting and secure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
• University degree with Accounting and Finance as majors.
• Semi / Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting management with professionally managed / reputed organization(s).
• Sound financial concepts and strong numeric ability.
• Self-starter, proactive, and self-motivated with strong prioritization, execution, and organization skills.
