We at True Reckoner Advisory Services are hiring multiple full-time, on-site US Accounts Executives/Assistant Managers/Deputy Managers to join our office-based team!

📍 Location: Rohini Sector-3, New Delhi (On-site, Office-based)

🕐 Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

⏳ Job Type: Full time, In-office

🔹 What You’ll Do:

- Work on day-to-day accounting & financial tasks to support US clients.
- Use QuickBooks, Xero, AppFolio, and other US accounting software for bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, AR/AP reports, and monthly closings.
- Work with Excel to analyze data and generate financial reports.
- Handle client communications, vendor reconciliations, and compliance support.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting as required.

🔹 Additional Resposibilities for Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers

- Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective delegation of tasks and timely delivery of work.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and qualified communication.
- Prepare and present management reports for internal and external reporting purposes.
- Review financial statements and conduct analytical assessments using financial ratios and relevant formulas.
- Support and coordinate client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.
- Take full ownership of assigned clients, managing relationships and deliverables independently.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum Graduate-level qualification

✅ Knowledge of Accounting & Finance principles

✅ Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, AppFolio and other US accounting softwares (preferred for executives and must for Managers)

✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel

✅ Minimum 2+ years of experience in US accounting for Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers
