What You'll Do (And Why It Matters):
Process Accounts Payable - Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time, maintaining crucial business relationships
Support Financial Audits - Assist in gathering documentation and maintaining records for compliance and reporting
Help with Payroll Processing - Contribute to accurate and timely employee compensation
Assist with Budget Preparation - Learn the art of financial planning while supporting forecasting initiatives
Perform Account Reconciliations - Develop your analytical skills ensuring our financial records are precise
Complete Bank Reconciliations - Verify cash balances and transaction accuracy, a critical financial control
Work with QuickBooks - Apply and expand your skills with industry-standard accounting software
Collaborate Across Departments - Work with various teams to gather financial information and provide insights
Stay Current on Regulations - Help our team maintain compliance with evolving accounting standards
What Makes You the Perfect Fit:
7+ years of accounting experience showing your dedication to the field
Proficiency with QuickBooks or eagerness to master it quickly
Keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
Self-motivated with excellent teamwork skills
Clear communication skills for explaining financial information
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
CPA designation preferred but not required for the right candidate

Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work as needed
